Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Enrollment Fees

Fees for Lann Edu Tech programs are communicated at the time of enrollment. Payment confirms your seat in the relevant batch.

2. Cancellation Before Batch Start

If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 days before your batch's start date, you are eligible for a refund of fees paid, minus any processing charges already incurred.

3. Cancellation After Batch Start

Once training has begun, fees already paid are generally non-refundable, except at Lann Edu Tech's discretion in exceptional circumstances (for example, program cancellation on our part).

4. Program Rescheduling or Cancellation by Us

If Lann Edu Tech reschedules or cancels a batch, you will be offered the choice of joining a future batch or receiving a full refund of fees paid for that batch.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp or phone with your enrollment details. Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
